Kilbourne.JP, LLC d/b/a JPK Collision Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use JPK Glass Requests. Your use of JPK Glass Requests constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Account Information: Business (shop) name and contact information, the registering user's name and email address, shop address and shop phone number (as entered in settings), and billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
Glass Request Information: Repair order (RO) numbers, vehicle year/make/model/trim, glass pieces and their dispositions (reuse/R&I, vendor-supplied, shop-supplied), quote numbers you enter, timing/scheduling notes, vendor email addresses you enter, and any free-text notes you add to a request.
Usage Data: Records of requests created, sent, edited, and acknowledged, including timestamps and the user who performed the action.
Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, IP address.
We do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, employee personal data, biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition), geolocation or GPS data, background location tracking, or full payment card numbers (handled by our payment processor).
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service, create and transmit glass requests to the vendor email addresses you designate, generate the shared request board, send service-related communications (including password-setup and account emails), process subscription billing through our payment processor, improve our Service, and comply with legal obligations. We may retain anonymized/aggregated data for analytics or metrics.
Storage: Data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), servers located in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Email Delivery: Outbound emails (glass requests to vendors, account emails) are sent through our email delivery provider, Resend.
Payment Processing: Subscription billing and payment card handling are performed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers.
Security Measures: Secure authentication required for access, tenant isolation so each shop can access only its own data, and audit information on request actions.
Data Retention: Active account data is retained while the subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 60 days post-cancellation for export. After 60 days, data is permanently deleted.
We DO NOT: sell your data to third parties, use your data for advertising, or share data with data brokers.
We MAY Share Data With: service providers necessary to operate the Service (Google Firebase for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery), the vendor email recipients you designate when you send a glass request, and parties to whom disclosure is required by law or legal process.
Shop Account Access: Users within a shop's account (the shop owner and any additional authorized user) have access to that shop's glass requests and settings. This is necessary for the Service to function. Shops are responsible for their own internal access controls and for any individual they authorize to access their account.
For Business Customers: You have the right to access your data, export your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, and cancel your subscription.
JPK Glass Requests is a business-to-business tool intended for use by collision repair businesses and their authorized staff. It is not directed to or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email notification to account administrators, notice on our website, and/or notice within the application.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights: the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete your data, the right to correct erroneous data, the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination.
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, any data collected will be transferred to the US and handled pursuant to the policies set forth herein as though it was collected in the US.
